Your coffee is roasted specially for you once you place an order. Generally, we roast at a weekend and usually orders placed by 3pm on a Friday will be roasted that weekend. There may be exceptions to this, e.g. illness, holidays, etc. In this event, please bear with us. Eagle Eye Coffee is a small artisan roastery, who take customer service and the quality of your coffee very seriously indeed, and coffee will be supplied as soon as practicably possible. If there is some urgency associated with your order, please add a note with your order and we will do our best to help you.
Orders will be posted via Royal Mail’s second-class postage to the address received during the checkout process. We find this generally arrives at customers within 1-3 days of posting.
Returns & Exchanges
We will always try our best to provide you with the highest quality product available.
If for any reason your product is incorrect or damaged, or you receive a product you did not order, Eagle Eye Coffee offer a full refund or exchange policy provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Refunds and exchanges will only be offered for packets of coffee that are unopened. For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds are not available for opened/used products.
The costs of shipping back to Eagle Eye Coffee are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you ask for a ‘proof of postage’ as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
